Basically - anything that will make you feel comfy!
Generally a yoga or camping mat for underneath you, or a chair if you’d prefer to sit.
Blanket and pillow, yoga bolster if needed - anything that keeps you comfy when lying down or sitting for at least 45 mins.
A drink if you wish

Again, anything that keeps you comfy really. If you’re attending an evening Soundbath why not come in your pj’s and oodie?!

From 10 years onwards and under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult (18+). It also depends on the child, as they will need to be still and quiet for the duration of the Soundbath.
Soundbaths can be incredible for helping reduce stress and worry so please get in touch if you’re querying a child place :)

I’ll be totally honest, I very rarely answer my phone!
So the best way to contact me is via email, contact form on here, or via my socials DM’s

It’s honestly a bit of a grey area as with most holistic therapies.
As a rule of thumb I say avoid it whilst in your first trimester, of the final weeks.
Soundbaths can be incredibly relaxing for both you and baby, realistically it is no different than going somewhere with loud music. I have played soundbaths through both a miscarriage and a healthy pregnancy.
If you are pregnant and wish to join please make me aware in advance, I will place you somewhere where you can leave mid way through if you wish, and ensure you are comfortable. I would also recommended speaking with your midwife or consultant before booking also.
